Job Description
– Manage and monitor the performance of workers, processes and lines according to the production plan (quantity, quality, productivity, costs, lead times, etc.).
– Manage and control all relevant areas to meet the standard requirements of the company’s quality management system.
– Ensure that all products are manufactured according to specifications.
– Improve manufacturing processes and detect defects.
– Provide interpretation and translation between Japanese and Khmer to support communication between employees and management.
– Japanese email and fax correspondence on orders and complaints as required.
– Support agricultural operations as required.
Job Requirement
– Able to use Japanese N2 level or above in speaking/reading/writing/typing (good enough to work as a Japanese staff)
– Bachelor’s degree holder, especially major in Japanese preferred
– Good computer literacy in Ms. Office and email, can type in Japanese and listing on the system
– Have a good personality, open-minded, self motivated and detail oriented
– Working experience in a Japanese company or in Japan
– If needed, able to work over time.
Priority
– Working or studying experience in Japan
– Using PC(Microsoft Excel and word, writing email in Japanese etc.) in the business occasion
– Able to work more than 3 years
– Working experience in food factory and understand HACCS, QC/QA, and Production control etc.
