Job Description
– To attend doctor’s medical examination in hospitals and clinics
– Translate between doctor and patient mainly in Japanese and Khmer
(Translation tasks also incurs in reception procedures, medical explanations, insurance applications, and payment procedures)
– Provide sales assistance with in-field experience as well as lectures
– Visit hospitals for emergency cases. You are required to go even weekend/night time in this case.
– Summarize report and submit it to Manager and related departments
– Publicity on their Japanese-language SNS or any other Admin jobs (sales, marketing and labor-related assistance etc.)
Job Requirement
– Working experience in Japan using Japanese and English
– Business level in Japanese (N2 or more)
– Able to speak or understand English at Good level (For possible interpretation of Foreign doctors)
– Able to use PC in a business situation at least good level
– Have strong sense of responsibility and reporting and communication within the team
– Have the spirit and positive attitude to take on challenges in the healthcare industry even for the first time
– Don’t mind working on Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays and outside of business hours in emergent cases.
Priority
– 2-3 years of experience in the service industry (sales, marketing or customer service) is a plus
– Willingness to learn medical terminology or medical background (including nursing care and pharmacy)
– Experienced in medical industry are welcome
