This position provides IT infrastructure support and helpdesk services to ensure smooth operations for the organization. The candidate must also be flexible to work during holidays or night shifts when needed to maintain system stability.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- WORKING TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- SPECIAL DUTY: Cleaning every morning 7:00 – 7:30 AM
- WORKING DAYS: Monday – Friday, Saturday (twice per month, free shift)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and helpdesk services to internal teams.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.
- Respond to urgent technical issues, including during holidays or night shifts.
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
- Collaborate with Japanese supervisors and internal teams for IT-related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good English skills to communicate with Japanese supervisors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge or experience in IT is preferred.
- Ability to adapt flexibly to various situations, including urgent IT issues.
- Flexible to work holidays or night shifts when necessary.
