Job Description
– Understanding the customer requirements of new clients developed by the manager. (Basically accompanying the manager)
– Meeting with local IT department heads, mainly Japanese companies, to build relationships to get new projects
– Meeting regularly with managers, develop strategies and absorb new IT systems knowledge
– Propose and provide maintenance support for data communication products and enterprise solutions
– Work with existing customers, vendors/partners, and enterprise business units to maintain strong partnership relationships.
– Collaborate and share information closely with the systems engineering team
– Visit customer sites and work to build relationships in accordance with manager’s instructions and strategies
– Engage with clients at all levels to build long-term business relationships
– Understand industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations on communication strategies surrounding them
– Other duties as required by management.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, IT, Telecommunications, or any related fields
– Advanced written and verbal communication in Khmer and English
– Several years of experience in either the network engineering or sales area.
– Excellent communication, good interpersonal skill and effective time management.
– Cheerful, trustful and challenging personality is a must and highly welcome
– Excellent in presentation, confidence and result driven with high level of integrity/High attention to detail with strong organization and personal skills.
– A proven self-starter with a strong sense of what need to be done, a highly motivated who is hungry to win, always looking to push your own limit.
Priority
– Experience of working at Telecommunication company or ISP(Internet Service Provider) services
– Experience in sales of IT system solutions (especially network security and storage) preferred.
– Solid experience and Sales track record in relevant industry.
– Able to speak in Japanese is a plus
– Work experience in an international company.
