Job Description
– In charge of purchasing IT facility or tools as necessary followed accounting internal process.
– Install PC hardware & software
– Network design and installation
– Configure E-mail and the internet with modem ADSL, Router
– Design & perform data backup and recovery
– Implement virus protection and maintain all PCs
– Other tasks related to IT including fax, phone, printer, copier, Switch, Router, Wireless Router, and Telephone System PBX.
– In charge of input fingerprint for new staffs & making door card and download to HQ monthly
– Fully understand about performance target plan yearly
– Attend every meeting or event required by group, company or management.
– Other tasks assigned by superior level.
Job Requirement
– Have experience in working as Admin
– Having computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet &Email)
– Prefer for good English skill
– A punctual person
– Provide fast support and good communication to all staffs
– Corporate with team to perform the role well
Priority
– Knowledge about network administration
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
– At least 2 years of experience in working as an IT Officer
