Job Descriptions
– Assist staff with hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective troubleshooting.
– Help maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment, ensuring they are running efficiently.
– Support the setup and maintenance of network systems, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
– Aid in implementing security measures to protect company data and IT assets.
– Assist in maintaining documentation of IT processes and inventory of IT assets.
– Help train staff on basic IT procedures and best practices.
– Work with senior IT staff on various projects and initiatives to enhance IT operations.
– Other tasks assigned by HRAD Manager.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) or other related fields
– Minimum of 1 year of experience
– Good knowledge of technology, networking, and Design Skills
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Be honest, flexible, hard-working, and have a growth mindset
– Willing and able to travel to work at the company’s project sites
Good English Communication Skills
– Good Chinese Communication is a plus.
