Job Description
– Technical support, trouble shoot and fix local networking issues
– Install and maintenance new software and systems as needed
– Be in charge of handling inquiries from users such as fixing minor soft & hardware issues
– Install, maintenance and fix printers including toner controls as well
– Management and keep up to date their internal system, application and windows
– Scan and check the virus, and optimize the computer performance and speed
Job Requirement
– Working experience as an IT/Administration or an Administration Officer in an international company
– Well understand in desktop software and Internet related technology
– Liaise with internal customers, corporate office and co-developers
– Good skills in networking, IT and infrastructure setup
– Able to communicate in English with foreigner
– Have computer skill for MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
Priority
– Experience in logistics company
– More than 2 years of working experience as an IT officer
– Certificate/diploma qualification in IT.
