POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for building and maintaining internal systems, websites, and applications. The role requires practical technical experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with Japanese supervisors.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- WORKING TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Morning Cleaning: 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM (company policy)
- WORKING DAYS: Monday – Friday
Saturday work: twice per month (free shift)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications for microfinance services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
- Develop and maintain other internal applications as requested.
- Perform tasks assigned by the manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of programming experience.
- Proficient in JavaScript (Laravel, React JS, Vue JS), HTML, CSS.
- Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, IP addresses, and subnets.
- Good English skills for communication with Japanese supervisors.

- Morning cleaning required daily from 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM
- 1-year contract; resigning early requires 3 months’ notice or salary compensation
