Job Description
This role is to monitor, support network connection and support any error fixing process and also support computer hardware software installation and assist the team for doing operation smoothly.
– Interact with IT team and quickly resolve the issues in their system
– Monitor all systems and identify security violations
– Proposing improvement strategies for Wi-Fi failures, signal delays, etc.
– Handling requests to repair companies when hardware such as PCs breaks down
– Management and setting of IDs and passwords on the system
– Make sure that all Laptops are up and running and also do weekly maintenance
– Help with on boarding formalities – Creating Gmail account, Dropbox, Dashboard and other Software
– Backup from mobile and make sure not to lose any data
– Provide new knowledge about IT and problem solving in general
– Maintaining security cameras will be plus
– Planning and implementing measures to facilitate internal operations and improve services in cooperation with the IT engineering team

– Able to handle multi tasks without any compliment
– Advanced English skills in Speaking to communicate with foreign engineering team
– High-Motivated to learn new things about IT and their services
– Fast learner, honest and flexible person
– Have knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
– Problem-solving and creative skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
– Able to use Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Gmail, Dropbox)
Priority
– Working Experience in Fintech companies or MFI sector
– Willing to learn about new software (Postman, MongoDB) and security
– Working experience under a foreign boss
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
– Working experience as an IT Supervisor
