Job Description

– Control and monitor the performance of the workers and process/line according to the production plan (e.g. quantity and quality, productivity, cost and lead time, etc.)
– Manage and control all concerned areas to meet the standards requirement of company quality management system
– Ensure all products are manufactured according to the specification
– To improve manufacturing process capability to detect any defects.
– Interpret/Translate between Japanese and Khmer to assist communication between workers and management team
– E-mail and fax correspondence in Japanese related to orders and claims as needed
– Confirmation of orders received on the EC site, creation and confirmation of order lists.

Job Requirement

– Able to use Japanese N2 level or above in speaking/reading/writing/typing (good enough to work as a Japanese staff)
– Bachelor’s degree holder, especially major in Japanese preferred
– Good computer literacy in Ms. Office and email, can type in Japanese and listing on the system
– Have a good personality, open-minded, self motivated and detail oriented
– Working experience in a Japanese company or in Japan
– If needed, able to work over time.

Priority

– Using PC(Microsoft Excel and word, writing email in Japanese etc.) in the business occasion
– Working or studying experience in Japan
– Able to work more than 3 years
– Working experience in a food factory and understanding HACCS, QC/QA, and Production control etc.
