Job Description
– Assign duties to technicians and production staff.
– Prepare audit documents and operating procedures
– Train and advise employees to work according to the rules.
– Provide training on abnormalities of machines, equipment, and workpieces so that employees understand.
– Training on the use of equipment, tools, and machinery, including proper maintenance.
– Find the cause of the defect, respond to the troubleshooting report together with the team.
– Check production report, daily packing
– Check employee compliance with rules
– Monitor the results of changes
– Carry out 3 activities that must be controlled
– Summarize the daily work results of employees and report to supervisors.
Job Requirement
– English advanced level
– Education High school and above
– Experience in Basics of Industrial Plant Operation
– Able to use basic computer programs.
