Job Description
– Receive shipment information sent from logistics parties/factories, update to control table file.
– Work with related departments to get information about the import products (if any).
– Follow shipment schedule from pre-shipment, update final import documents, arrange quality inspecting registration.
– Complete customs declaration and delivery of shipments, update lead time of process.
– Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements.
– Assist to obtain all required import permits and licenses for all processes.
– Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.
– Monthly closing data for shipment closing, costing and selling invoice closing.
– Others assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
– Be able to communicate in English at good level
– Has problem-solving skill and negotiation skill
– Has knowledge of Cambodian import law.
– Having 2+ years experience in logistics company or related experience related to Ocean Freight and Import section.
– Good analytics and calculation skills including excel.
– Good communication and explanation experience.
Priority
– Able to handle all processes of importing on their own
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email
– Able to speak Japanese
