Job Description
– Purchasing all types of products from overseas/domestic
– Import and export all types of products from overseas
– Having experience of Custom procedure and Custom
– Be able to prepare/track the purchase plan, unloading plan
– Be able to prepare all the documents as a company,
– Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports to Top Management
– Preparation and collection of the updated information about purchase/import export /documents …etc.
– Manage and maintain the broken machine/Spare parts
– Manage and support between stores problems and other uprising problem
– Other related works assign from GM and Director.
Job Requirements
– At least 4year of Bachelor degree of management, logistics, or a related field may be required.
– At least have experience 2 year
– Having experience of processing FORM E / D is a must requirement
– Flexible solution with Supplier
– Be able to make relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
– Fast learner, have good communication and good in negotiation
– Have a good attitude and honest and work hard
– Computer skill: Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, email, internet and other.
– Can speak English and Chinese
