Job Description
– Received pre-alert from origin or customers and notice to real consignee.
– Handle daily operation job for Sea Import, Air Import and Inland Trucking Across border cargoes.
– Handle Import Duty Tax Cargoes with other shipment mode assign by manager.
– Follow up shipment status with the carriers, forwarding agent, airline, and trucking companies.
– Coordinate or communicate with oversea partners and customers.
– Verify and check costing SOA VENDOR at the END OF MONTH.
– Issue VENDOR SOA payment request to account at end of month.
– Follow comply company SOP.
-Prepare clearance documents set plan C/C, delivery with brokerage team.
– Handle VIP Customer Key Account.
– Issue payment request to CARRIER on behalf of customer
– Booking costing and selling in system.
– Providing documents to customer on time-Keep clearance documents in folder and drive.
– Checking refunding deposit from Carrier.
– Printing KWE TAX INV for account TAX DECLARATION.
– Contact with others department and team to solve customer case.
– Other tasks which assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
– Knowledge of logistics and customs clearance.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Good command of English with good written and verbal communication skills.
– Good manner and characteristics
– Strong customer service and communication skills.
– High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as productivity goals.
– Good organizational skills for working with multiple parties.
