Job Description
– Monitor the pre alert email from origin if any missing pre alert to consignee.
– Monitor the clearance shipment to complete and delivery on time to customer
– Monitor the release D/O shipment processing to get E-DO/DO on time from carrier
– Monitor the shipment timeline processing to avoid demurrage and storage charge
– Review costing quotation and sharing to sale team if any
– Monitor the vendor performance to meet the target timeline and customer
requirement
– Monitor and control the deposit refund from carrier and return to consignee
– Checking the SOA from each vendor at the end of month
– Monthly closing data for shipment closing, costing and selling invoice closing.
– Daily Report and Monthly Report to Manager
– Others assigned by Operation Dept. Manager.
Job Requirement
– Experience in Sea Import Operation
– Experience in Air or CBT Import Operation
– Management experience in the same industry is a must
– Advanced in English
– Advanced in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
– Available for standby in office if any urgent case
– Basic knowledge and experiences in Logistics, import/export by air, sea and truck
– Honestly and Friendly
– Punctual and Self-motivated
– Good communication
– Hard worker
