Job description
– Prepare documents required for import/export such as import/export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.
– Coordinate export-related procedures such as export license applications, customs clearance procedures, etc. and communicate with headquarters
– Comply with laws and regulations regarding import/export, respond to any changes and troubleshoot problems
– Information regarding import/export and delivery dates Communication with business partners, including exchanges and response to inquiries
– Accurately record and manage transaction information related to imports and exports
– Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and take necessary measures
– Other tasks assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
– English or Japanese skills Good Enough to communicate with Japanese managers (JP is a plus)
– Work experience in an international company
– Sincere attitude and eager to corporate well with others
– Ability to report, communicate and consult with supervisors and team members
– Ability to maintain/improve teamwork
– Able to use Word and Excel at a Good level
– Able to work in PPSEZ for a long term.
Priority
– Japanese speaker is highly welcome
– Interested in working in a starting up phase
– Living near PPSEZ
– Experience working in a similar role (import/export) or Production Control
– Understanding well about the logistics procedure.
