The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compliance with labor law, employee records management, performance evaluation, and HR reporting while supporting HR policy development and ensuring smooth coordination of all HR administrative processes.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Conduct orientation and induction for new employees/workers
-Coordinate NSSF registration, Health Check Up, and Criminal Clearance for new employees/workers
-Monitor the updated labor laws and regulations from (MoLVT) to ensure compliance
-Assist Associate HR Manager to revise HR Policy and Internal Rules
-Assist Associate HR Manager to update annual training plans and conduct refresher on HR matters
-Update and maintain organized personnel filing
-Effectively coordinate staff’s performance evaluation including probation and assist AHRM for annual performance review
-Declare employee’s entrance and exit
-Coordinate effective recruitment process
-Update and monitor monthly HR report and Annual Leave Report
-Be a focal person for Audit Request internal and external
-Responsible for HR administrator
-Other job assigned by Associate HR Manager

Required Skills:
-Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, Management, Law or others related field
-Age: under 30 years old
-At least 3 years of experience in the human resources field. Self-motivate, independent, self-organized, good communication & teamwork.
-Experience facilitating training sessions on HR matters
-Very good understanding of Cambodian labor law
-Effectively use the MoLVT system (LACMS)
