POSITION OVERVIEW
This role manages human resources and administrative functions to support smooth operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll support, HR compliance, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and knowledgeable in Cambodian labor law.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources:
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, maintain a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts
- Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and KPI tracking
- Training & Development: Organize training programs and maintain skill development plans
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist Accounting team with payroll processing and benefits administration
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to Cambodian labor laws and company policies
- HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
Administrative Tasks:
- Office management and procurement of supplies
- Document control and filing systems
- Support management in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- Organize company events and welfare activities
- Manage facilities and maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/administrative software
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good English proficiency
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- Saturday rotation
