Job Description
– Join daily meeting and screen all the CV delivered to the company
– Interview with job seekers and propose appropriate jobs for their expectation and job requirement
– Make an introduction sheet for each candidate
– Communicate with the sales team through introducing process
– Arrange the final interview for the candidates and clients
– Manage the company database. Upload the candidates information properly, search previous candidates to provide new jobs, etc.
– Headhunting on LinkedIn
– Other works assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
– Advanced command of English for business communication
– Able to work both in independent and team-working way
– Good communication skill
– High commitment to the work.
