Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer / Senior Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a global logistics leader and contribute to building a positive, productive workplace environment.
As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws
- Provide counseling on company policies and procedures
- Monitor staff movement, safety, and address employee concerns
HR Administration & Records Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, overtime, and personal data
- Ensure all records comply with company policy and legal requirements
- Support management of employee benefits and compensation (insurance, allowances, etc.)
- Process and track various HR documentation
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job posting advertisements
- Manage the complete hiring process from screening to selection
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new employees
- Ensure smooth integration of new team members
HR Projects & Development:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Contribute to creating and improving HR processes
- Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture
- Other tasks assigned by the HR Department
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements:
- Education: University degree (any field)
- Experience: Fresh graduates welcome OR minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions
- English Proficiency: Good to Advanced level (written and spoken)
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Japanese language ability (JLPT N5 or higher is a plus)
- Previous experience working in a foreign company
- Background in logistics or trading industry
- Knowledge of Cambodian labor law
