Job Description
• Manage MOL system
• Update staff information and staff movement to MOL system
• Update staff contract both of Cambodian & foreigner
• Prepare letter relate government as of tax department
• Manage and control all kinds of human resource documents to file in order.
• Ensure all office equipment is well maintained
• Check weekly attendance and make a report to Manager.
• Maintains payroll information
• Well corporation with government
• Collect document support to do payroll and submit it to Manager.
• Process the system related to Staff ID Card and Parking.
• Other related duties as manager assigned.
Job Requirement
• At least 2 year of Bachelor degree human resource, or related file
• Knowledge of law is plus
• Have experience 1 year of admin
• Fast learner, have good communication and good in negotiation
• Have a good attitude and honest during the working
• Computer skill: Microsoft word, Excel, Access, Power point, internet, email and other.
• Can speak English.
