Job Description
– Handling recruitment and selecting worker
– Communicate with government in order to register some documents
– Update employee hiring report, interview selection etc.,
– Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategies
– Develop and conduct orientation and training program for old and new recruits to ensure smooths onboarding and product understanding
– Manage and keep track of all relevant records of employee
– Payroll calculation
– Other task assign by supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Being independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility and willing to work under high pressure
– Commit to the goals of leading a restaurant team in order to expand the company business
– Willing to learn and can work under pressure.
– Well understand about the Cambodian labor law
– Honest, punctual, responsible and team work
– Experience in HR for 1-2 years
– Currently in Siem Reap and can work immediately
– Able to speak English at a good level
– Able to use Microsoft Office.
Priority
– Working experience in an international environment
– Experience in HR field in F&B, Hospitality or Tourism industry
– Experience of communicating with government
– Working experience with Japanese is a plus
– Experience with 50-100 people volume company
– Multilingual speaker is welcome.
