– Provide direction and management of all HR related tasks
– Support current director
– Basic staff training to improve work efficiency and quality
– Management of staff working hours, including attendance and payroll
– Recruitment of new staff, preparation of documents and coordination of interviews
– Labor management in compliance with labor laws
– Take care of staffs and workers and try to provide good working environment
– Outsourcing of workers for factory
– Calculation of staff salaries and bonuses, and instructions for payment of salaries and bonuses for all staff and workers


– Able to speak and write English at Advanced
– Good behavior, Hard working, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated
– Able to use Microsoft Office.


-Able to speak Thai to communicate with Thai workers
-Experience of working at factory


– Over Time Pay
– Bonus : 1 month /year (0.5 month in Mar, 0.5 month in Sep)
– Full Attendance bonus : $10 /month
– Transport Allowance : $10 /month
– Living Allowance : $10 /month
– Meal Allowance : Lunch
– Phone Allowance : providing $10 phone card /month
