Job Description

– Discuss with the top management, understand the company’s direction and required personnel structure for that, and design preferable organization
– Recruiting works. Making drafts of job descriptions, cooperation with agencies, job posting, interviewing and feedback, on boarding process, etc.
– Making and filing documents requested by the management or the ministries. Especially, you need to manage the company to be safe in compliance with the Cambodia labor law and other related legal processes.
– Find updates related the Ministry of Labor and the Cambodia Labor Law and update the management team.
– Make sure to keep the company compliant in terms of Labor Law, NSSF, etc.
– Drafting contracts documents requested by the management.
– Have meeting with each department members for staff satisfaction and smooth operation
– Other tasks assigned by Japanese GM.

Job Requirement

– Advanced level of English enough to work with foreign managers
– Bachelors degree
– Experience in HR management position in an international company
– Strong in recruiting with excellent interpersonal skills
– Good team worker
– At least over 3 years of constant work length in previous companies
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
– Strong knowledge in the Cambodian Labor Law.

Priority

– Experience in a Japanese company
– Experience in sales or business development role as well as HR work.
