Job Description
<Position Summary>
You are the one to manage the company’s HR functions. The main roles are recruiting, staff training, HR policy/operation building, compliance in terms of labor law, attendance recording, and other reporting tasks between Singapore headquarters.
– Recruiting staff. You work both on your own recruiting and partnering with recruiting agencies. You have to make proper job descriptions for each vacancy and spread it to outside.
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
– Make the draft of HR related legal documents in English such as office regulations, employment contract, company policies, safety instruction etc.
– Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation. This company is managed in Japanese way and culture therefore the first orientation is important for staff to fit and adapted smoothly.
– Build compliance-safe HR environment for the base of strong company. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations regarding HR management, and implement those into practice.
– Identify and analyze training needs (internal & external) – coordinates and administer training programs & assessments.
Salary management and payroll task cooperating with other department.
– Report the company structures and recruiting progress to the Singapore headquarters. You are also required to report if the recruiting cost is following the annual budget.
Job Requirement
– Over 6 years of HR management experience.
– Advanced level of English. You are often required to use English for conversation and documentation.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar one.
– Work experience in an international company.
– Great communicator. You need to understand the company culture and the feeling of each staff member.
