Job Description
As HR Manager, we are looking for a central person who can create a good atmosphere and relationships throughout the company, as well as recruit good staff in its expansion phase, build relationships with new employees and manage them all.
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
– Conduct employee performance evaluations with appropriate evaluation criteria, and verbalize and logically explain these evaluations
– Take the initiative to improve the company environment and internal evaluation system to motivate employees
– Manage the recruitment and selection process
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage and direct staff to prepare documentation such as JD, NSSF, work permits and visas
– Understand the internal situation of the company as a whole and create better working environment and relationships
Job Requirement
– At least 3~5 years working experience as a HR Manager or Assistant Manager position
– Advanced English skills in written and Speaking
– Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
– Able to be passionate and proactive in communication both in Khmer and English
– Have a cheerful atmosphere
– Has the ability of logic and verbalization
Priority
– Has been with the company for more than 4 years
– Working experience as a HR Manager in a start-up company with 20~40 staff
– Working experience in an international and multicultural company
