Position Summary
This position is a key HR & General Affairs role during the company’s start-up phase and also serves as a Japanese interpreter for Japanese back-office staff. The role is responsible for building HR and administrative systems, managing payroll and labor compliance, and supporting daily operations and factory launch activities. Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law is essential.
You will work closely with Japanese management and play an important role in the company’s foundation and growth.

Job Description
【Human Resources】
- Manage all HR operations during the start-up phase
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Prepare and manage employment contracts
- Coordinate payroll for factory workers and expatriate staff
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR records
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law
- Assist in developing HR policies and internal regulations
【General Affairs / Administration】
- Establish administrative systems for the new company
- Coordinate with government offices, vendors, and service providers
- Manage company documents, records, and official filings
- Provide administrative support to Japanese management
- Support daily operational and logistical tasks
【Interpretation & Coordination】
- Serve as Japanese interpreter for Japanese back-office staff
- Facilitate communication between Japanese management and local staff
- Interpret during meetings, discussions, and coordination
- Translate documents as required
【Start-up & Special Assignments】
- Support company establishment and factory launch activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special instructions from management
- Flexibly support start-up back-office needs
Required Skills
- More than 5 years of HR or General Affairs experience in a foreign company
- Japanese language ability N2 level or above (N1 preferred), including reading and writing
- Able to work in PPSEZ
- Score 6 points or above in Camup IQ Test
- PC skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Zoom, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws
Priority
