Job Description
Human Resources take in charge:
– Record attendance of staff and make the monthly report
– Prepare and check job contract or agreement and probation contract
– Facilitate email, line work for new staff, internship
– Prepare staff turnover, resignation, name card, uniform and update line manager
– Prepare and submit pension fund, NSSF payment monthly to the Ministry
– Prepare work permit and VISA extension for foreigner staffs.
– Managing and support procedure of staff loans, staff allocation, certifications and others
– Communicate with Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training on labor regulations
Administration Take in charge:
– Prepare and support request to NBC, MOC
– Support on preparing reports to NBC (i.e. Complaint Report, and others)
– Support translates new Prakas issued by competent regulators
– Communicate with NBC, MOC, CMA, and other partners as instructed by line managers
– And other tasks assigned by Management Members
Job Requirement
– Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
– Bachelor or above
– At least 1year of HR sectors
– English skill at Good to Advanced to communicate with managers
– Good computer knowledge, Word/Excel, E-mails (Gmail)
– Good attitude, dynamic, be able to work under pressure and multi-culture
Priority
– Experienced working in MFI/Banking sectors
– Experienced as a HR/GA for several years
– Advanced MS Excel skills
