Job Description
Priority 1:
– Matters related to personnel management
– General administrative work related to employee salary, bonuses, social insurance, etc.
– Compilation of evaluation of employees’ work, management of meetings and preparation of materials for finalization
– Drafting and operation of various measures related to welfare
– Managing the Employee Database
– Administrative work such as calculation of the amount of tax generated by labor such as payroll tax
– Support for various procedures related to Japanese expatriate staff and their families
– Arrangement and management of company housing for Japanese expatriate staff
– Management of NSFF and employee insurance.
Priority 2:
– Matters related to recruitment
– Draft operating policy of recruitment sites
– Formulation, review, and operation of the recruitment system
– Selection of recruitment agencies
– Implementation of job advertisements
– Confirm the job description of the job in recruitment, explain it to the agent.
Priority 3:
– Matters related to training
– Draft skills development, education, and training policy
– Design and implement the curriculum to develop various skills based on the skills development and education and training policy.
Priority 4:
– Matters of Human rights and various secretariat operations
– Management of the meeting minutes of the General Meeting of the Shareholders and the Board of Directors meetings
– Creation of corporate seals and the operation and management there of Management of various licenses
– Management of layout, relocation, etc., of the Head offices
– General affairs of the offices, such as mail delivery and confidential document processing.
Priority 5:
– Matters related to facility management business
– Conclusion of a contract and management of each maintenance consignor (for facility management, cleaning and security) in logistics center
– Schedule management for internal work (development ~ planning) up until the commencement of construction
– Plan and propose new initiatives that relate to the environment, energy, security and safety, etc.
– All works related to base facility renewal projects (along with Construction department in AMC)
– Plan and implement of long-term repairmen of facility.
Job Requirement
– At least 3 years working experience in administrative
– Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration
– Business level of Khmer and English (daily conversation level of Japanese is a plus).
– Able to use Microsoft office.
– Have a good attitude towards work, be able to tackle difficult tasks with sincerity.
– Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.
– Teamwork, Interpersonal, customer service skills and Strong Communication Skill.
– Hard working and be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and public holiday).
