Job Description
– Work as Manager on HR and Admin section including Compliance and Legal functions
– Personnel management
– Set up HR policy of factory following Cambodian Labor Law and local culture
– Advise to foreigner managers with the point of view of Local manager
– Recruiting matters. Create organization plan, make job description and requirement, and provide human resource to the factory
– Compliance matters and governmental affairs especially on legal process which works with ministry
– Legal documentation tasks for staff training program in foreign country
– Make good relationship with managers, staffs, and workers and get real voice of them, and reflect it to next admin / HR action to improve working environment
– Check the update from ministry regarding labor low, and report to managers
– Other tasks assigned by managers
Job Requirement
– Experience in HR/Admin department over 5 years
– Business level of English
– Possess recruiting strategy
– Familiar with and well informed about Cambodia Labor law
– High commitment to work, Good planning & organizing skills, and coordination skills
– Able to use Excel, Word
