Job Description:
・Record who is absent, sick, or taking a holiday.
・Calculate work hours and overtime (OT).
・Prepare the monthly salary list without mistakes.
【Labor Law & NSSF】
・Make sure all labor contracts are correct.
・Register new factory workers to the NSSF system.
・Prepare NSSF monthly reports and payments.
・Check the factory rules to follow the Cambodian Labor Law.
【General Administration】
・Buy office items (pens, paper, cleaning supplies, etc.).
・Keep important factory and staff documents in safe folders.
・Help to manage factory uniforms and safety items.
・Support visitors and keep the office clean and organized.
【HR Evaluation System】
・Have regular meetings with the Japanese Factory Manager.
・Make simple check-sheets to review workers’ daily performance.
・Explain the new evaluation rules clearly to all factory workers.
・Help the manager decide who gets a salary up or promotion.
【Internal Communication】
・Listen to workers if they have problems, questions, or worries.
・Explain the manager’s messages and instructions to the local staff.
・Help to solve misunderstandings or arguments in the factory.
・Make a good, safe, and happy team environment
