Job description

– Office/factory environment maintenance such as Ordering and management of equipment, negotiation of equipment prices
– Management of indoor environment (lighting, air conditioning, cleaning)
– Support for workers recruitment procedures
– Planning and management of internal events (initiation ceremony, reception, etc.)
– Creation and management of important documents such as contracts, minutes, and approval documents
– Translate documents between Japanese, English and Khmer as needed (JP is a plus)
– Corporation with Vietnam factory and Japan head office by sorting and sending out mail
– Expense reimbursement and invoice processing ( Prepare minutes of management meetings
– Prepare and manage internal rules and regulations
– Work related to compliance with corporate law, tax law, and other laws and regulations
– Other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

– English or Japanese skills Good Enough to communicate with Japanese managers (JP is a plus)
– Experience in similar field for about 3 years up
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, accounting, finance or banking field
– Sincere attitude and eager to corporate well with others
– Ability to report, communicate and consult with supervisors and team members
– Ability to maintain/improve teamwork
– Able to use Word and Excel at a Good level
– Able to work in PPSEZ for a long term.

Priority

– Japanese speaker is highly welcome
– Interested in working in a starting up phase
– Living near PPSEZ
– Experience working with the government side closely
– Understanding well about Cambodian taxation, company registration and labor law.
