Job Description

– Prepare and updating document for employees
– Responsible to keep all data update in the HR data base
– Ensure the compliance of company policy, regulation
– Responsible for recruitment and staff selection
– Welcome, Introduction and orientation for new staffs
– Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
– Follow and implement the staff rules and regulations
– Assists recruitment and selection process such as preparing job announcement and collect CV for further interview and selection process
– Manage Employee Personnel Movement (In and Out Staffs)
– Handle payroll processing, wage/salary administration, commission, bonus, fringe benefits, NSSF and etc.,
– Follow up and check daily attendance from all department and update daily attendance report
– Able to work on processing Documents under different Ministries in Cambodia.

Job Requirement

– Able to speak English and Khmer very good level
– Do not be passive, able to work actively and self-motivated
– Strategic planning and solid team player, Creative, forward thinker
– For a Manager level, Coaching and leadership skills is a must
– Able to work at PPSEZ
– Able to use Microsoft Office especially Excel
– Minimum of 2 years HR Experience as supervisor or higher level
– Working experience in an international company, especially in a Japanese one
– Able to work overtime.

Priority

– Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
– HR Manager Experience
– Working in a large factory.
