Job Description
– Maintaining physical and personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
– Process NSSF as monthly
– Declare staff In & Out on staff books
– Process work permit & quota for foreign staff
– Manage the employment offer letter, employment contract, salary adjustment/promotion, resignation and termination
– Record Attendance
– Control office stationery
– Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
– Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
– Renew Company certificate as possible
– New Employee Orientation & check new staff documentation
– Check Internal Rule
– Keeping staff record
– Update Annual holiday
– Control Cleanness of working environment
– Other task such as Join event, arrangement visa & air tick for CEO go to overseas, minutes meeting, record CEO schedule and update, organize other task require by management.
Job Requirements
– At least 1 2 years of experience in human resource and administrative systems management
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Proven knowledge and understanding of human resource function an advantage
– Excellent Communication Skills both English and Khmer
– Computer Skills (Microsoft Offices Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Research and Emails)
– Strong Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and regulations
– Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
