Job Description
– Prepare stock of office supplies and sanitary ware
– Examine other application letters to the Department of Human Resource Administration
– Submit documents for approval
– Contact a service or product supplier
– Arrange meeting room reservation and car reservation
– Prepare documents according to staff interview schedule
– Supervise the work of cleaning staff, driving staff and security
– Open and close company.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
– Proven experience (min. 1 year) in HR and administrative roles.
– Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
– Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
