Job Description
– Maintain the fixed assets register of furniture and equipment and management.
– Process for payment of the operating cost (electricity, water, etc) of office areas and CSCC dormitories.
– Make sure to process expatriate employees’ paper works on time.
– Prepare payroll and NSFF.
– Follow up and coordinate staff attendance from site and check.
– Check and input data for staff overtime, Liff On/Off and monthly attendance for payroll.
– Responsible for the administration daily functions.
– The allocation of tasks and duties within the administrative cell.
– Maintenance of the administrative cell files and records.
– Liaise with other Sections for administrative functions.
– Assist in the development and implementation of administration process, procedure and policy.
– Make the plan for purchasing the stationeries for the company to make sure that it is optimized.
– Other jobs assigned by Admin & HR Department Manager.
Job Requirement
– Graduate bachelor degree in business Administration, accountant, law & economic, or related fields. (No student)
– 2 Year working experience.
– Can use English at a good level.
– Computer skills: Word, excel, Email.
