Job Description
– Responsible for customer reception and communicate with customers about goods delivery or receiving
– Responsible for checking inventory and goods reception
– Responsible for some basic accounting(Calculate monthly salary, Go to the bank and/or tax department for declaration…)
– Handle phone call from outside and follow up with customer
– Manage office equipment of the company
– Assist department head for any urgent task as assign by CEO.

– Able to speak English and Chinese
– Able to use Microsoft Office
– Smart and careful personality
– Have a related experience.
