Job Description
– Overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish through various channels and collaborating with recruitment agencies, including selecting suitable candidates, arranging interview appointments, and preparing the hiring process;
– Coordinating with the related department to update the monthly, quarterly, and yearly recruitment plans, as well as the organizational structure;
– Preparing onboarding materials for new employees, including employment contracts and company assets;
– Tracking probation evaluations, renewing employee agreements, and monitoring employee performance;
– Managing and reviewing disciplinary actions such as employee penalties, disciplinary warnings, attendance, and terminations;
– Being responsible for compensation and benefits, including researching C&B data and aligning it with the company structure;
– Coordinating and implementing company activities, events, internal public relations, and employee relationships;
– Carrying out any other necessary work or ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource, Business management
– Chinese language is required
– Have at 2 year of work experience
– Good level in English.
