Job Description
– Follow up on daily office management
– Oversee maintenance and requirement of office
– Provide supplies and accept suggestions from each department
– Checking and reporting for client complaints.
– Oversee staff attendance and permission
– Prepare reports on processing work daily, weekly & monthly
– Hearing and investigation on the personnel-related issues
– Update Fixed asset
– Conduct employee assessment
– Processing for jobs transfer or promoted
– Handle and Renewal for company licenses
– Develop HR/ admin system
– Prepare and update employee agreement
– Recruitment Process
– Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
– Identified / update the legal requirement of Cambodia’s labor law
– Provide orientation/training for new staff
– Prepare Internal and external staff’s seminar
– Other tasks were assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
– At least two years’ experience in Human Resources
– Understand HR policies and Procedure
– Aptitude of problem-solving
– Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment
– Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws
– Good at English both writing and speaking, Chinese is a plus
– Computer skills
