Job Description
– Lead the HR department to ensure that effective advice and support are provided to all relevant teams and staff on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures and other HR related matters.
– Effectively communicate and collaborate across HR functions and business leaders on core HR functions.
– Coaching, advice, and support managers to assist them in the application of HR policies and adoption of good HR practices.
– Handle and implement compensation administration including payroll, benefits, and rewards with clear and enough supporting data & and documents and make sure the factors have complied with internal and government regulations, policies, and labor law.
– Conduct Training needs assessment and ensure professional development plans are developed with key staff and marked against time.
– Monitor legislation and legal provisions that may affect HR operational processes.
– Communicate with external trainers to seek more effective training courses/skills and propose training request to management.
– Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
– Accountable for motivating and stimulating supervisors and managers to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of their employees and maintain a favourable.
– Manage the onboarding process to ensure every new employee has a proper introduction to the process, corporate culture, and corporate business.
– Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies across the organization
– Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
– Manage the monthly payroll processing and ensure the accuracy
– Provide strategy to the team to ensure the compliance process (NSSF, work permit, immigration office, and other compliance
– Stay current on labor policies, including new policies, changes, and updates
– Assist internal stakeholders in leading disciplinary discussions/meetings and guide the process
– Assists, coaches, and guides progressive discipline, standards of employee conduct
– Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
– Experience in human resources or related fields.
– Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. – Experience in educating and coaching staff.
– Minimum of 5 years leading and managing a human resource department (if in the waste management industry is a priority and added advantages).
– Clear HR Rule & Regulation/internal control/policies and procedures.
– Mast have experience in managing employee at least 500
– Have good communication skills
– Have experience in dealing with union and ministry
– Have experience in dealing with strike and process/problem solving with workers/employee’s conflict
– Able to manage HR and Admin
– Strong in company compliance.
