Job Description
– As a back office staff member, you will primarily handle accounting and labor affairs.
– Assist in creating a foundation and environment where all employees can work comfortably and happily, supporting our business operations.
– Issuing and sending invoices, handling receipts and disbursements
– Expense reimbursement and monthly closing
– Submission of financial statements, etc.
– Attendance management
– Application and management of social insurance and labor insurance
– Creation, submission, and management of work rules and labor-management agreements
– Other employee-related procedures.
Job Requirement
– Over 2 years of experience in accounting
– Business-level in Japanese
– Aspiration to become a back office generalist
