Job Description
– Translate in any needed matters into English or Japanese for Japanese Supervisors
– Managing staff for handling guests and serving customer service
– Work closely with supervisor, kitchen staff and fellow hall service staff
– Support job posting, interviews and other recruitment processes etc.
– Provide guidance to the staff about customer service, greeting, cleaning and other hospitality care to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follows supervisor’s instructions and communicates them to staff
– Promote and advertise each restaurant to increase the number of customers
– Other duties as directed by Supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese at least N3 level
– Able to use English at a basic level (easy communication with supervisors and customers)
– Able to cook or have experience working in customer service field
– Have motivation for developing cooking or customer service skills
– Having good human qualities (gentle, honest & kind)
– Able to think and act for oneself
– Able to follow company policy.
Priority
– Be interested in Japanese food
– Able to work at night time, holidays or weekends
– Experience of working at restaurant, especially Japanese restaurant
– Able to speak Japanese or English at an advanced level.
