Job Description
– Brand promotion and publicity, planning and implementing brand promotion activities (online and offline). Promote guest rooms, catering and other service items. Manage the hotel’s official website, social media accounts and online advertising. Requires certain graphic design skills;
– Online marketing and reservation management: managing room sales on OTA (online travel agency) platforms and hotel official websites;
– Market analysis and research: based on market trends, competitive environment and the needs of target customer groups;
– Customer relationship management: assist colleagues in developing, connecting and maintaining key customers;
– Collaborate with other departments to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
– Be good in English, and Chinese is an advantage
– 1-3 years of experience in hotel marketing;
– Strong logical thinking ability, be innovative.
