POSITION OVERVIEW
This role manages multiple areas of a hotel, including the front desk and restaurant, to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing hotel operations, training and supervising staff, handling reservations and guest inquiries, and creating work schedules. We are looking for someone responsible, organized, and capable of leading a team. Experience in hotel operations or hospitality is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee restaurant services
- Escort guests with luggage and guide them on hotel facilities
- Stand by the front desk and welcome guests
- Handle bookings via Online Tour Aggregators, phone, e-mail, and in-person
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Take and relay messages to guests
- Handle special requests from guests (e.g., booking tickets, storing valuables)
- Provide information about hotel services and the surrounding area
- Daily troubleshooting of guest complaints or issues
- Hotel facility management
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a resort hotel (foreign-owned hotels preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to work morning or evening shifts
- High IQ (5 or more in CamUP test)

WORKING CONDITIONS
