Job Requirement
– According to the reservation, check in guests quickly and with high quality, confirm relevant information, and introduce various hotel promotions to guests. Guide the direction to the room and explain how to use the room card.
– Ensure that all needs during the stay can be effectively met, and help guests check in and check out. Accept payment methods such as cash, credit card, company or third-party payment.
– Warmly and friendly greet guests, and respond positively and appropriately to guests’ reasonable needs.
– Promptly feedback to the relevant departments and personnel for problems and needs that cannot be solved within their authority to solve them.
– Courteously answer all calls, and promptly and appropriately handle various emails, faxes and transfer items at the request of guests.
– Calmly respond to and handle various guest complaints, such as: guests are dissatisfied with the price, air conditioning or power outages, etc.
– Work actively and provide friendly services to guests, Actively participate in various required trainings to improve work ability.
Job Requirement
– Good level in English
– Able to use Chinese is an advantage
– 1-2years of experience in hotel supervisor
– Good at communication
– Able to use Ms. Office, Email and Internet.
