JOB DESCRIPTION
– Revenue management and staff team management to improve operational quality, and report to CEO
– Learn and improve everything related to overall business from hypothesis study to planning based on data and figures
– Create and manage the operations to provide better service for customers
– Report preparation for survey report and preliminary business report
– Coordination among various personnel including foreign staff to ensure smooth operations
– Keep track of daily business conditions by reading through the daily sales report.
– Oversee the operation of each hotel revenue and direct and supervise employees as needed
– Point out the problem to the person in charge of each department and take measures to deal with it.
– Manage sales and costs appropriately.
– Exchange information with peers and keep updating on latest news and tourism trend.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Working experience of hospitality or any service industry
– Management experience of 20-30 staff, especially including foreigners is preferred
– 2 or 3 years experiences of working in an international company
– Smooth Business Communication and have a cheerful & positive character
– Experience in conducting data collection and analysis, study and survey report writing.
– Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
– English (Good level) and Japanese (N1) shall be Fluent in Speaking and Writing and Reporting
– Able to use PC at an advanced and keen to know new IT system.
PRIORITY
– Management experience in Hotel industry
– Working or studying in Japan and have knowledge of Japanese tourism
– Living experience in Osaka
– Korean or Chinese skills are also welcome
– Able to manage all process from the first step.
