Job Description
– Leading team and control job site situation and report to General Manager
– Active role in assuring productive work occurs in a safe and quality manner
– Thorough knowledge and understanding of project plans and specifications
– Identify issues that could lead to problems and facility solutions
– Work with safety to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and ensure proper procedures have carried us according to the company’s safety program
– Implement quality management process and conduct a process review.
– Create report on project status.
– Assign team/department to arrange accidents/damages reports including countermeasure.
– Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
– Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
– Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
– Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards, monitor continuous.
Job Requirement
– Knowledge and understanding of drawing Auto CAD
– Excellent time management skills
– Understand the job-site situation (Lifting and Moving of Heavy Cargo and Machineries)
– Understanding safety to use Heavy Equipment (Crane, Forklift and Heavy Lifting tools)
– At least university graduate equivalent qualifications (Mechanical or Civil)
– Friendly, outgoing, polite, proactive & energetic
– Can be use English, Japanese is a plus.
