Job Requirements
Job Description:
1. Daily Operations
• Oversee daily operations across hotel, property rental, logistics, and car rental businesses.
• Monitor operational issues and ensure quick and effective resolution.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency across all business units.
2. Strategy
• Work closely with the CEO on operational planning and execution.
• Translate business strategies into practical actions across all units.
• Ensure alignment between operations and overall business goals.
3. Team Management
• Lead and support teams and managers across different business units.
• Handle operational issues involving clients, tenants, drivers, and suppliers.
• Monitor performance and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
4. Cost Management
• Monitor and control expenses across all business units.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee supplier selection and negotiation.
5. Collaboration
• Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
• Act as a bridge between CEO, management, and operations teams.
6. Projects
• Manage operational projects and business initiatives across different sectors.
• Ensure budgets, timelines, and execution are properly followed.
7. Service Management
• Monitor service quality across all businesses.
• Handle customer and client feedback to improve operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in service standards.

Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
-5+ years of experience in operations or managing multiple business units.
-Experience leading teams and coordinating across departments or functions.
-Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and supplier/vendor management.
-Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
-Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Able to manage multiple operations and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
-Experience leading teams and coordinating across departments or functions.
-Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and supplier/vendor management.
