Job Description
– Develop and implement comprehensive business and budget plans to align with organizational goals.
– Drive strategic initiatives for dealers, sales, and marketing to achieve company objectives.
Market Analysis and Dealer Management as a Distributor Role
– Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement innovative strategies.
– Strategically manage and develop dealer networks to enhance performance and expand customer reach.
Operations Management
– Oversee daily operations, including:
– Sales and marketing initiatives
– Dealer management and development
– Logistics management
– Ensure full compliance with Cambodian laws, legal regulations, and company policies.
– Act as a key liaison and maintain effective communication with the Thai team.
Talent and Performance Management
– Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks, including KPIs, goal setting, and regular feedback mechanisms.
– Foster a positive and engaging work environment to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
– Lead succession planning and career development programs to build a robust talent pipeline.
Assist to President and Executive Management
– Organize and facilitate Board of Directors (BOD) and Senior Management meetings.
– Provide critical updates, detailed reports, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirement
– Computer skill : Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and some Adobe Photoshop knowledge
– Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
– 10+ years of experience, including: At least 5 years in sales and marketing / Or at least 5 years in a managerial role.
– Expertise in business strategy, sales, and market analysis.
– Proficiency in sales planning, data analysis, and reporting tools.
– Strong knowledge of dealer management and compliance with Cambodian regulations.
– Strong advanced-level English.
Priority
– Experience in automotive industry
– Masters degree is a strong advantage.
– Understand the company policy and emphasize their vision
– Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
– Working experience in an international company, especially working with Japanese
– Communication skills in Thai and/or Chinese are a plus.
