Job Description
– Manage daily operations of the Admin & finance division
– Produce financial statements in accordance to CIFRS
– Forecast and manage company cashflow
– Manage relevant tax matters and facilitate and manage on audit matters
– Perform planning, executing & controlling over investments
– Prepare Business Plan, Budget planning & controlling
– Formulate/develop relevant policies, guidelines & SOPs
– Handle relevant reports to the Ministry of Economy & Finance, Insurance Regulation of Cambodia, Accounting and Auditing Regulation.
– Prepare BOD minute meeting with top management team
– Participate meetings with government or other which related to financial sector & investment
– Coordinate and consult with other departments about internal workflow or process
– Build well connections and good relations with partnership (Bank, Government and other)
– Coach/develop team/subordinates
– Update daily report to CEO, CFO, and Chairman
– Other tasks to be assigned by the CEO, CFO, and Chairman.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Auditing
– English skills from Good to Advance
– Experience 3-5 years as a manager level or head level (Prefer Auditing experience & insurance industry)
– Friendly, independent
– Good Communication.
Priority
– Able to speak Chinese is a plus
– Experienced in insurance company.
